Key account manager

Each of our clients has a project manager who is a nutritionist, dietitian, or fitness/wellness expert. They can help set up the right feature list for you and provide tech support. Our managers have a maximum of 6 clients and are reachable during office hours.

Business advisory

Our founder Sophie and our marketing team is here for you to help to plan and achieve business goals. Soon, we’re launching the MealPlanner Academy to offer online workshops and courses.

Free first set up support

We understand that our clients have no technical background. We know that you’re a first timer on The Apple store, Google Play store, or other third-party apps. Don't worry, our setup fee includes support for all necessary setup steps and fine tuning.

Office hours maintanance, bug fixing

Our office hours for our clients are: Mon-Fri 12am-6pm CET.

We do maintenance, bug fixing mostly when your clients are sleeping.
