    The admin side of 360 Health Tech is not just a Content Management System (CMS), it is so much more. It also provides you the possibility to design recipes and meal plans and get automatically calculated nutrient & allergene data.

    All the developments we make on the platform are assisted by registered dietitians, therefore we know exactly what the professional needs are, and how to satisfy them the best.

  • Can I manage my contents in the application on my own?

    Yes, of course, therefore you have the Content Management System.

  • What kind of content can I upload into the application?

    You will be able to upload recipes, meal plans, blog posts, infographics and content of challenges, masterclasses, quizzes and embedded YouTube videos.

  • Do I need IT skills to manage my own application?

    Not really, all the more complex IT stuff is going to be done by our developer team.

  • Will you, or your other clients use the content I upload via the CMS platform?

     No, no one else will have the right to use your content (e.g. recipes, meal plans), but you. 

  • Is it possible to create draft content on the CMS platform?

    Yes, it is possible to set the status of your content. You can choose from the options: published, unpublished. When choosing published, the opportunity is provided to set the publish date, which can be in the past, in the present or in the future.

  • Is it possible to manage my clients via the CMS platform?

    Yes, there are many ways to manage your clients. For example, you can create client tags and group your users with the help of the tags as you wish. You can check the client record of each user, and fill in all the necessary data. It is possible to create individual meal plans and assign them to the users, by doing so the meal plan will only be visible for the user to whom it is assigned. You can also keep up with the nutrient & food intake of your clients.

  • Is it possible to keep contact with my clients via the CMS platform?

    Of course it is, with the help of the messaging feature the clients are able to send you messages from the application, which you can check and answer via your CMS account.

  • How can I educate my users?

    There are several ways in the application to educate the users, it is only up to you and the type of your content which one you would like to use. It is also possible to teach them in all available ways. You can publish infographics on the dashboard, engage the users with challenges or keep them up to date via blog posts.

  • How can my users pay me for using the app?

    The users of your mobile application are going to pay you via Google Play or Apple Store.

  • How can I create recipes on the admin side of the application?

    Creating recipes with calculated nutritional data is pretty easy and user-friendly via your CMS account, you just have to type in the title of the recipe, select the status (published, unpublished) of the recipe, add all the ingredients with the desired type of the unit of measurement, fill in the description field, categorize then click on the save button. The lion's share of the work is done by the system, it calculates the nutrient data and defines the allergenes.

  • Can your system calculate the nutrient content of my recipes?

    Yes, this is a great benefit, that comes with our platform you no longer have to worry  about calculating the nutritional content of recipes.

  • Does the CMS platform have a meal planner feature?

    Yes, and you will love this feature, it brings a new dimension to meal planning. You just have to add the desired recipes or ingredients and the system calculates the nutrient data of the dishes / courses / days.

  • Can your system calculate the nutrient data and define the allergenes in my meal plans?

    Yes, this is one of the best features of the CMS platform.

  • What kind of meal plans can I create via the CMS platform?

    You can create ready to use sample meal plans to inspire the users, but you can also design tailor made meal plans for specific individual needs. For how many days and with how many meals you would like to create the plan is up to you, it is adjustable by every meal plan.

  • Can I assign meal plans to my clients?

    It is possible to create individual meal plans and assign them to the users, by doing so the meal plan will only be visible for the user to whom it is assigned.

  • Can I post longer articles into the mobile app?

    Yes, for this purpose we have the blog post feature, it enables you to edit the entry via your CMS account, then you can make it visible for the app users by setting the status to "published".

  • Can I add product descriptions to the app?

    Yes, you can create longer texts with inserted images via the CMS platform.

  • Is there a feature in the application which provides the user the possibility to track what he/she is eating?

    Yes, we have the tracking feature, which gives the users the possibility to track their nutrient & water intake. It supports the user by providing transparency and visualizes the collected data with the help of charts.

  • Can I access the food tracking data of my user via the admin side?

    Yes, you can stay up to date with your users’ progress and check their food tracking data under the client record menu.

  • Can the user track other data (e.g. cycle, water intake, blood sugar, weight) via the mobile app?

    Yes, the tracker is usable for several purposes.

  • Is there a possibility to keep my users more engaged with the app via challenges?

    Yes, challenges are a perfect tool to keep your users engaged with your app. You can create workout challenges or educational challenges, the feature is ready to use, the content is only up to you.

  • Can I post workouts into the application?

    Yes, it is possible. The exercises can be presented with embedded YouTube videos.

  • Is it possible to send push notifications to the users?

    Absolutely. You can notify them in the form of push notifications e.g. if a next step of the challenge is available, or about news, like new recipes or meal plans.

  • Is there a way to facilitate the grocery shopping of my users?

    Yes, the app has a grocery list feature, which can be made from the ingredients of a meal plan / recipe, real quick with just a few taps.

  • Is it possible to change the unit of the measurement in the app?

    Yes, the users can set in the profile section whether they want to see the units of measurement in imperial or in metric. When opening a recipe, or in the shopping list menu they also have the possibility to click on the unit of measurement and change it as they prefer.

  • Is the difference between the recipes that I have designed and what my users have uploaded into the app recognizable?

    Yes, the recipes can be marked with the “uploaded by the dietitian” or “uploaded by user " tags.

  • How can I promote my mobile application to my followers?

    There are several ways to promote your app, you can do it on your social media accounts, but you can also get our support to set up newsletter campaigns.
